Help and support

When you buy a track, we tell you to immediately download it, and we also send you a mail to remind to download it. Why? Because the author, who is the sole legal owner of the track, could decide to remove it from the market. In the unfortunate case in which you forgot to download it, we have no actual way to retrieve it. Your only option would be to contact the author through the email found in the license file. Go to your menu, items bought, and click on "License Information" of the track you are trying to download. It will give you all the details, including the author's email.

You can ALWAYS erase your own tracks if they have NEVER been sold, or if the last sale happened more than 24 hours ago. This is to give 24h time to the buyer to download the track. So, if you tried to delete a track and the system didn't let you, wait 24 hours and try again.

Sure, buy it :) Ok, that's a serious answer. If we let you listen to the track without the watermark, you basically have it free. The watermark is subtle enough so that it doesn't ruin the song, you can fully listen to it, from start to end, and if you really like it, you can buy it. Most of the tracks cost $0.99 for the personal license, so we think this is a very fair price for you, and a good incentive for the producer.

It depends on the producer plan. On bigger plans, the producer can show the track with more effects, and sometimes also with a different watermark.

We sincerely think that, with an average of 10 subgenres for each genre, there is enough choice. If you still cannot find your desired one, our suggestion is to use one or more tags in your songs. Alternatively, you can for sure contact us directly and, if we see that a lot of users are tagging that specific subgenre, we will add it.

In order to avoid having the home page flooded with single-author tracks, in the latest tracks section we only list the single, very latest track for each author.

We currently accept WAV (16–32 bit, 44.1–96 kHz). We will create watermarked MP3 previews automatically. Please avoid normalizing to 0 dBFS; leave ~1 dB headroom to prevent inter-sample clipping.

Set three price tiers per track: Play (non-exclusive streaming/video use), Royalty (non-exclusive commercial license), and Unique (exclusive license; the track is automatically hidden after purchase). You can change prices anytime unless a Unique license has been sold.

Upload only material you own or have the right to sell. If you use third-party samples or stems, ensure the license permits resale. We may request proof of ownership/clearance documentation for disputed works.

Artwork should be at least 1400×1400 px (square), JPG or PNG under 5 MB. Provide BPM, musical key, genre and a short description. Accurate metadata improves search and helps buyers find your track.

Most uploads process (waveform, spectrogram, MP3 preview, watermark) within a minute. Very large files can take longer. You can safely navigate away; processing continues and the track becomes visible when complete.
